Our story

Built one great restaurant at a time.

Joey Ricely joined the greatest brand in the world with a simple plan: run every store like it’s your only one. Know your crew. Love your neighborhood. Let growth take care of itself.

This summer, it did — five more restaurants joined the family, and ten stores strong became the new starting line.

Thirteen nights out in the community this year — and counting. When a school needs a fundraiser or a town wants a reason to gather, our doors (and pie warmers) are open.

Our first day as a ten-restaurant company: leaders of all ten in one room. “We came. We laughed. We celebrated. But most importantly, we left… aligned.”
