People grow here

From first shift to running the store.

Most of our managers started on crew. That’s the plan, not the exception. Here’s the ladder — and the kind of people climbing it.

How we run

Ten restaurants.
One standard.

One standard isn’t a slogan. It’s how ten stores stay as good as one. In August we put the leaders of all ten in one room for a full day — same playbook, same bar, every store.

And when McDonald’s tested its next beverage platform, the system’s national leaders came to Milwaukee — and we hosted. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to.

“The number changed. The mission never will.”

— Joseph Ricely, Owner/Operator

Work where the arches mean something.

Ten restaurants means ten places to start — and room to climb between them. Real training, flexible hours, and managers who started on crew. We aren’t here to change who you are. We’re here to invest in you.

In school? Good. Shifts that fit around class, practice, and homework — plenty of our leaders started as students.
