Most of our managers started on crew. That’s the plan, not the exception.
Through McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity, crew get tuition assistance, help finishing a high-school diploma, and English classes — from day one. Crew-to-manager stories from our own stores are on their way.

One standard isn’t a slogan. It’s how ten stores stay as good as one. In August we put the leaders of all ten in one room for a full day — same playbook, same bar, every store.
And when McDonald’s tested its next beverage platform, the system’s national leaders came to Milwaukee — and we hosted. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
